General Introduction
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact one of our customer service advisors by emailing us at bellygoodness@stockvale.co.uk before placing an order with us. These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom Mainland we cannot currently accept any orders placed outside of the UK Mainland. We give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
A contract between the customer and Bellygoodness for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

All content included on the Website is the property of Bellygoodness, our affiliates or other relevant third parties.
In these terms and conditions, content means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this website, including any such content uploaded by users.
By continuing to use the website you acknowledge that such content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights.
Nothing on this site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, logo or service mark displayed on the site without the owner’s prior written permission.
You may, for your own personal, non-commercial use only, retrieve, display and view the content on a computer screen.
You must not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy, distribute or use for commercial purposes any content without the written permission of Bellygoodness.
Payment & Taxes
We accept online payment by credit/debit card in a secure environment provided by Pay360 Online Payments. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Maestro, please note: any cards outside of this list will not be accepted. We also do not accept cards that require a signature. All transactions are shown in £ sterling. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
When you enter your credit card details if you look up at the URL of that page you will notice that it begins with https://. This means that it is on a Secure Server and all transactions that take place are encrypted between your browser and the server. Nobody is able to obtain your credit card details nor other information. Of equal importance is the security which surrounds the payment system. By making use of Pay360 we have the most sophisticated online trading system available. It allows us to safely process your credit card payment with the bank, and complete the financial transactions securely behind protected firewalls. Product Purchases
Customers purchasing online agree to the following:
Products selected are as indicated and stated on the final cart page. No other promotions or discounts can be used in conjunction with any discounts already applied at the point of purchase unless otherwise stated. The total price indicated will be deducted from your chosen debit or credit card.
All purchases are non-refundable. Once an order has been placed and payment accepted, no amendments, alterations or exchanges can be made to the order of product itself. If you do notice any issues with your order upon delivery, please do contact us within 24 hours of the delivery. After this period we are unable to assist with any issues you may have with the specific order.
Bellygoodness, acting reasonably at all times, reserve the right to refuse and cancel any orders without any right to a refund to any person whose presence or behaviour may affect the safety of staff.
Bellygoodness reserves the right to update the pricing at any time.
We offer wholesale discounts with a minimum order of 10 cases excluding delivery fees.

Delivery
There is a flat rate for delivery on each order made.
Alternatively, we do offer free collection at delegated local collection points. This option must be entered at the point of ordering, prior to payment being made. Once the order has been placed and payment accepted, no changes can be made regarding the delivery address or collection point.
