Meet Bob. He used to have all sorts of tummy trouble & food intolerances when eating things he enjoyed – wheat and sugar and dairy, and even veggies like tomatoes, onions and garlic caused him trouble, but they seemed almost impossible to avoid! Forced to choose, “should I make some air pie with a side of nothin’ sauce, or suffer a bad belly another day”
Knowing that there had to be a better way, he got to work, learned all about digestive problems, and why things were causing him so much trouble. He made his way to the kitchen, figured out ways to make his favourite meals whilst eliminating certain trigger foods & re-balancing his gut. Bob’s been eating happily ever since!!
