Mediterranean Salmon

This healthy salmon and vegetable dish is the perfect dinner if you fancy something a little different. A fantastic low FODMAP option, it’s tasty too, with our Mediterranean sauce adding some tang!


  • Salmon fillet
  • 1 roughly cut carrot
  • 1 courgette
  • 1 red pepper
  • 4-6 asparagus spears
  • Jar of Bellygoodness Mediterranean sauce


  1. Roughly cut all vegetables except asparagus.
  2. Lay half the vegetables in an oven proof dish.
  3. Place salmon fillet on top. Add the rest of the veg and asparagus.
  4. Pour over 1-2 portions of Bellygoodness Mediterranean sauce. Oven bake on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
