One Pot Chicken Curry

Quick, simple, and designed to create next to no washing up, our one pot chicken curry comes with the added benefit of being a great low FODMAP option for people who need to eat a more restricted diet.


  • Chicken breasts
  • Bell peppers x3
  • Carrots x3
  • Bellygoodness curry sauce


1. Slice chicken and fry in olive oil until browned
2. Whilst the chicken is cooking cut peppers and carrots and add to the pan with chicken.
3. When chicken cooked and veg softened add a jar of Bellygoodness curry sauce and stir
4. Simmer for 5-10 minutes
5. Serve with rice or quinoa
