Vegan Chilli

Get your chilli hit from this veganfriendly, low FODMAP recipe that makes good use of our tasty ‘free from’ chilli sauce. It’s super healthy, ultra tasty, and ideal for anyone who wants to steer clear of gut-irritating ingredients in their meals.


  • Sunflower mince 100g
  • Bell peppers x 3
  • Carrots x 3
  • Courgettes x 1
  • Bellygoodness chilli sauce


  1. Soak the sunflower mince in water to soften for 10-15 minutes
  2. Cut the peppers, courgettes and carrots into chunks and fry in olive oil for 15-20 minutes
  3. Add the sunflower mince and stir
  4. Pour in the chilli sauce and stir all the ingredients together
  5. Simmer for 5-10 minutes
  6. Serve with your choice of rice, quinoa or jacket potato
