Candida Friendly Salad

The perfect candida friendly salad, super easy to make and filled with gut friendly ingredients!


  • Bellygoodness Mediterranean Sauce
  • Buckwheat
  • Radish
  • Chicory
  • Cucumber
  • Olives
  • Cheese of your choice


  1. Ribbon the cucumber, chop the radish and pull the leaves from the chicory.
  2. Meanwhile bring some water to the boil and add the buckwheat, allow to simmer for 8 mins, then remove from the heat and cover for a further 10 minutes.
  3. Then layer the ingredients in whatever order you prefer and enjoy this delicious gut friendly and candida fighting salad.
