Chilli Nachos

Is there nothing a hearty chilli nachos recipe can’t solve? As well as delivering the tastes, tangs and textures of your favourite snack, this dish is also suitable for people following a low FODMAP diet.


  • Bag of corn tortilla chips
  • Cheese of your choice
  • Bellygoodness chilli sauce
  • Guacamole


  1. Spread the corn chips evenly on a baking tray
  2. Dollop Bellygoodness chilli sauce across the chips evenly
  3. Grate cheese over the top
  4. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes
  5. Serve with guacamole to taste
