Keto Chicken Curry

Our low FODMAP curry sauce makes this family favourite a quick kitchen staple. Whip it up in less than half an hour and rest assured it’s going to be loved by everyone. This meal is perfect to pop in the air fryer and it’s keto friendly!


  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • Bellygoodness Curry Sauce
  • 3 Peppers
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Courgette


  1. Roughly cut up your chicken and veg
  2. Mix the chicken and veg in a bowl with your Bellygoodness curry sauce
  3. Cook in the air fryer for around 20 minutes, checking and stirring throughout
  4. Serve in a bowl on its own for a keto friendly dinner or alternatively with some rice!
